Service

Virtual servers are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the paid period. Unpaid or cancelled servers are suspended and permanently deleted after a short grace period. You are responsible for your own backups.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for spam, phishing, malware distribution, network attacks (including DoS and unauthorized scanning), illegal content, or anything that disrupts other customers or our network. We may suspend servers that violate these rules or receive abuse complaints.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected month.
